Meeting Lealem (founder of Medalist Fitness) has really changed my perspective on the way I workout. From my warm up, to my form, to the recovery process. I have learned that they all play a major role in any goal that I want to achieve. During my bulking season we work on different goals that I want to achieve before I begin competition season. One of those goals was to be able to do deadlifts with 500lbs for 5 reps. I started at 365lbs in January and 6 sessions later I was lifting 500lbs for 7 reps. He pushes you past the limit we set for ourselves, helping us set new goals which improves performance.
