I attended the A-TASC course last April and was very impressed by how the course was done. We focused on doing workouts that were designed on being able to benefit officers regardless of what capacity they were currently functioning in. The importance of proper warm-ups and cool downs was stressed throughout the course and injury prevention was certainly a top priority. Our workout sessions were outstanding and challenged each person to push their limits and to focus on muscle groups that were often forgotten about, but critically important to the physical health of men and women in uniform. I highly recommend this course and have implemented much of what I learned into my workout routines.
